Expedia is one of the most used travel sites, though there are many consumer complaints about them, too. The top five travel sites in the 2011 consumerresearch.com reviews were Kayak.com, Yapta.com, Hotels.com, Priceline.com, and Tripadvisor.com. google survey says that Orbitz is the number one site. It is best to do your own research to make the choice that considers what is important to your travel needs versus what particular agency/site offers.
