this is on average there are exceptions!

An average is an average - there can't really be exceptions. I'll try to explain; if one woman has not slept with any person before marriage another has slept with 8 and another 16 then the average is 8. Even the one who has not slept with anyone affects the average - by bringing it down (without her the average would have been 12).
