20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. You want it to flake easily. If you've breaded it, it will take a little longer, especially if you want a crunchy oven-baked texture. I juts put olive oil, lemon juice, and cajun seasoning on mine and bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (spray the baking sheet or pan). Great with green beans, rice, corn bread.
