Why should doctors be treated with respect?

Doctors pay in time, money, and personal sacrifice for their education in order to help their fellow human beings [only a very few are just in it for the money, and they are easily spotted. ] . That doesn't mean you can't disagree with him/her, but please do so respectfully. A GOOD doctor will encourage a second opinion , and not be offended.
