Why are conservatives obsessed with the Real American?

Because conservatives are generally retards - they don't realize there is technically no REAL Americans, since the USA is a nation of immigrants, and have a wide multitude of ethnicity and cultures. And even if there are REAL Americans, the conservatives often findd them in small towns and villages in the Mid west: Rednecks, dirt farmers, know nothing religious fanatics, which plays no important part in how America should run and are insignificant in contribution then the 'fake' Americans they always blast - the scientists, the engineers, the experts, the politicians, the historians, the know hows with better education and awareness of the real national and international scenery. I mean, really, what gives the conservatives a right to define what is a real American?
