Yes, but only in dire situations. Over time, the toxins flushed out by your kidneys will build back up through consumption, and make you ill to the point of kidney failure and death. I don't know why a person would be dumb enough to say drinking urine is "healthy." It's not.
You shouldn't drink it because it is a waste product and it is not good for you.
Yes considering you have bottle to pea in or a partner to swap serve urine back and forth with.. eww. Urine is 95-per-cent water and better than nothing in a pinch. There have been many documented cases of people surviving on there own urine in life or death situations. Some people even drink their own urine claiming many health benefits. If there are any other cleaner water sources you would want to consider them first. But if your afloat in the middle of the Atlantic or in a desert with no streams around then yes, drink your urine.
