Can you beat someone up if they come on your property after previously warning not too?

True: They are trespassing on your property, but it is going to be a situational basis if taken to court. What is the trespassers business on your land? Did you feel threatened? You can't just go up to someone because they walked in your yard and punch them out and commence a beat down. I am a law enforcement officer and I would say the best answer is to notify the authorities immediately. Dial up the sheriffs department or the city police and let them know that someone is trespassing on your property and you have told them numerous times to leave. At that point an officer would show up and a police report would be filed and the process would begin, but no violence is never a solution to answer your question.
