How do you stop people from downloading YouTube video?

-If you know them, either erase the video from their files or just delete it altogether.

-If there's anything in the video that you think violates the YouTube terms and conditions, contact the help staff.

-And if you're really lucky, and know the persons account and passWord, you can delete it off that way.
