What are some examples of sublimation in our daily life?

A typical example is the ice in a freezer. When opening a freezer moisture is inevitably allowed into the system and will eventually freeze into ice. To prevent the accumulation of large amounts of ice, many freezers are equipped with an automatic defrost that recirculates dry air in the freezer. Because ice is able to sublime the moving air will eventually wither away the ice. If you leave an ice tray in the freezer long enough the ice cubes within will no longer be as large as they were when first poured.
