How do you get girl to let you kiss her on cheek?

well... you she wont let you..... go out on a date with her... walk, or drive her home.... this is the part where you either go in for a long kiss on the lips or you very quickly kiss her on the lips for a split second... then you have a relationship.....

Who said anything about cheeks? Go straight for the lips if you are on a date.
