How do you remove car stereo in Lexus RX400h?

To remove the car stereo in a Lexus RX400h, first ensure the vehicle is turned off and disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Use a trim removal tool to gently pry off the trim panel surrounding the stereo. Once the trim is removed, unscrew the mounting screws securing the stereo, then carefully pull it out of the dash.
