Is it normal to pass a little size amount of faint pink tissue without blood or cramping during early pregnancy?

Yes I too tested positive for pregnancy and have passed few very little tissues without blood or pain.I m concerned though as i m in week 5 n yet to meet my doctor,its better to check with doc.
