Why would you want your nipples cut off?

Maybe just because. You may want to impress some crazy friend. Maybe you want to be a BDSM slave. Maybe you want to be sexless. However, this will hurt like crazy. Just don't do it.

On man in prison cut his nipples off. The reason he did so was because he was tired of the homoerotic comments from the other inmates. So he took a razor, cut them off, and then offered them to the other inmates. The guards made him see the prison psychiatrist. By the time the psychiatrist was finished with this patient, he had to see a psychiatrist. The inmate injured himself some more, and that was in front of the psychiatrist! So in his case, it seemed that insecurity and mental health issues were the reason he removed his own nipples.
