Well when u say tickle is it like feeling her up or what becuz I believe that tickling isn't a massive sexual act, maybe for them but I think u might be a little overeacting but... I can see where ur coming from, they r both 16 so it is legal for them maybe just try tlkin to her bout it, dnt say ok we need to hav the tlk becuz teens hate it hate it! maybe say I just wnna let u know tht if u hav any troubles or worries wif anything u can always tlk to me n I kno ur at tht age where alot of things happen and u may not want to tell me but u dnt hav to, u can tlk to any responsibal adult ur comfortable tlkin to just make sure ur safe.
