Can a forensics lab technician have visible tatToos?

If you've been to school and have the qualifications for the job then it shouldn't be such a major problem. But having visible tattoos and piercings could cause employers to shy away from hiring you. So I would suggest waiting until you get the job and then later getting the tattoo and for piercings you could always just use clear spacers which would be acceptable for work areas. Or if you already have tattoos make you sure you keep them covered as much as possible so that it won't hinder your chances at getting the job.
