What are the differences in jem and scout?

There relationship is good. They are sisters and brothers. Jem is protected over his sister scout. They love each other a lot, they did everything together. Later on in the story, they were arguing about Jem going back to get his pants from boo radley house. Then there relationship changed because of the age, and Jem was becoming older.
