How can you make a picture from Google your facebook profile picture?

Click on the image and when it's being displayed again, right click the image and click 'Save image as...'

Save it to wherever you desire.

Once that's done go to your Facebook profile and click your profile picture, click browse and select the image that you saved and click ok.
