How do you get wandering horses on Howrse?

You dont neccisarily 'make' your own pasture on Howrse. You have to go to the 'Equestrian Centre' page and then go to the market from there. From there you will see a tab labeled meadows. (Or something close to that). You have to buy your meadows for the horses at your EC. If you are talking about the meadows you put your own horses in, it works the same way.
