Vampires are mythological beings, and the equipment used to fight them or equipment they use themselves varies between bodies of work. Everything from fire, decapitation, silver, wooden stakes, sunlight to UV bullets, salt and paradoxes have been used as means to defeat or destroy vampires in literature, film and art.
