When you worked with a person whose personal beliefs were the opposite of yours. How did you deal with it?

You don't talk about the things that you disagree with and are polite. People have a right to an opinion when that opinion infringes on your rights then there is a problem. We will never work with people who always think the same way we do. I have known people who I was sure were KKK members and we never had discussions on the topic , but if one started I walked away. I have worked with educated people who had some real strange ideas, but I ignored them when they started on those ideas. I did have one woman I worked with who told me I was going to Hell because of my religion. The next day I pulled her aside and told her she wasn't God and had no right to determine where I went when I died. She had overstepped her boundaries with that comment.
