13 year old dating a 17 year old?

I believe that it is alright for a 13 year old to date a 17 year old, and long as she has know him for quite a while, feels comfortable around him, and knows that he would not do anything to harm her. I am currently in this relationship, and I don't see any problems, other than the fact that we don't go to the same school, and I'm not allowed in his car, even though he is an extremely responsible driver with a license.
