Are all motorcycles ltd to 186 m p h?

The 186mph (300kmh) limit was self-imposed by the motorcycle makers a few years back when it became obvious that motorcycles could easily become way to fast for their own good. Companies still get around this by making bikes like Suzuki's Hayabusa, which reaches almost 200hp and more than 185mph with a very conservative fuel injection mapping, restrictive air cleaners, and a stuffy road-legal exhuast. A mechanical-saavy owner can easily remove and alter these parts to make a bike that is capable of well over 200mph.
