How do you replace the radio on a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder?

Replacing a Radio

1. Disconnect neg. batt. cable
2. remove ash tray and package tray
3. move temp lever to cold position
4. remove heater-a/c control assembly and remove cables
5. detach knobs by pulling straight back
6. remove mounting screws and lower unit from dash
7. under dash remove plug and radio mounting screws
8. pull radio out of dash
9. disconnect wiring connector
10. disconnect antenna.
