No. Sperm does not live on your hands or arms whether or not you wash them.

No as soon as you wash or wipe your hands and they are dry sperm is no longer living!

sperm die when they dry or have been washed off with atleast water, they are very fragile, but they are capable of staying alive on oxygen! (makes them weak though)
