Which countries teach Hindi?

Hindi is obviously taught in southern asia or the Indian peninsula. The countries are India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Srilanka. However it is only used mostly in Indian and Nepal. Universities of many other countries also teach Hindi language.
