Where can you get a CD or a floppy disk for your Motorola V195 cell phone so you can connect it to your computer?

You can't. What you can do is get a data cable, which will allow you to connect your phone to your computer.

I have a cable that I can plug the phone into the conmputer, but it says you need a CD or floppy disk like an instalation Cd.
