Men's Shirts (collar size) XXL:

* United Kingdom

- UK and US men's shirt sizes are the same: 15 16 17 18

* Europe

- Add 22 to a US size to get the equivalent European men's shirt size. Round up for half sizes... 37 38 39 40

* Japan

Practical Answer: I'm 23, ~83kg; 1.84 m tall; sort of out of shape; I wear a 44 (EU size), so XXL would be too small for me.
