1. move on don't fight with your emotions let them go and move on with your life. 2. ask your friends if they will set you up. 3. try to avoid your ex untell you are ready to be friends with him. 4. do your best to forget him. 5. show him that you do not care about him any more. 6. think of the good reasons you guys broke up. 7. talk to him about the breake up. 8. be honest with yourself. 9. talk to your friends. 10. this is how i healed form my horible breake up and i hope you guys will get over him to like i did.
