How do you sign up for a horse show with your horse?

Int he USA, you first need to have a Coggins test done before the show. You should contact the organization putting the show on and ask for the show flier. You then fill out the flier with the horses information, rider, owner and trainer. Calculate the entry fees, stalling fees, drug testing fees and misc. fees that will be listed in the brochure. Send the entry form with appropriate fees back to the show secretary/manager by the listed deadlines. There are some shows that you can haul to and enter the day you get there. Usually these are one day only shows, many are not centered around one breed.
