The two scales are fairly easy to work out:
billion = bi-million = million2 = (106)2 = 1012 = 12 zeros.
Trillion = tri-million = million3 = (106)3 = 1018 = 18 zeros.

etc.
ie Take the naming idenitifier and raise a million to the power of that.
