What does that mean if a guy sometimes stares and tries to get your attention and be around you and says hi to you differently for over a year?

Honey... You ain't gonna get much help from a 15 year old like myself but look. A guy I know does the exact same thing. I've been told he likes me, I've been told he is awkward around me and I've been told I should just talk to him. So I talked to him.

The best thing to do is just talk to him, or find out from his friends, but you can't live off everybody elses Words. So talk to him, you won't find out through telepathy. If it's too awkward to talk to him, then my honest opinion is that he may like you, just watch out for more signs.
