Are peacocks cute and easy to raise?

Not really, since they are born to stay away from predators. However, all birds have a similar trait of considering the first moving thing they see is their parent, which usually is true, excepts in different cases, where the first thing a peachick sees is a human. In this case, the peacock or peahen would like the human.
