Why would an electric fuel pump work intermittently?

Clogged fuel filter? Look under the driver's cabin, inside the frame rail. Be VERY careful when loosening the two nuts - there isn't much support for the fuel line and it can twist! "IF" it twists, the replacement is a BEAR!!! Good luck!
