No, you can get no longer pregnant AFTER you pee but BEFORE while the semen is in the pee, there you CAN get pregnant (when the two are mixed) Also please be informed that you can NOT become UNpregnant by peeing the semen out so if you were pregnant first then it is too late. I am a docter

You can't pee out the semen. Women don't urinate from within the uterus, where the semen would have been released.
