Why are horses important farm animals?

Horses are important farm animals because they help people do farm work like carry heavy stuff that us people are to weak to pick up like plows. Some people that have farms race them or compete them for extra money or raise and train them then sell them for money or if it's a stallion they can sell rights of breeding with him to other owners mares. Last they graze on the grass.
