Not an easy question to answer, but here are a few guseses that are close:

Japan about $ 40,000,000,000.

Germany about $ 200,000,000.000.

Britain about $50,000,000.

USA about $300,000,000.

USSR about $ 90,000,000,000.

As they often say, a little bit here and a little bit there, and pretty soon you have "big bucks".
