Is the Pantech link a smart phone?

Okay I have the Pantech link to and it looks like a blackberry but not. Here's the bad things about it.

1.Very bad camera -sooo laggy

2.Customizing -don't have a lot to customize. Not very good colors-

3. Colors -only color it comes in is black-

4.Brightness -brightness don't go up far.-

5.Crashing -it crashes on me like once every week-

Good things about it-

1.Battery life -good battery life it stays charged for 3 to 4 days

2. Nice texting looks like you or texting on a iPod or iphone

3.Good price -if you get the plan then the phones only 10$

4.Slim -very skinny phone I've got compliments on that about it.

5. It's just a very simple phone to me.
