The most value I've seen in autobiographies comes from the person telling how they learned and what they learned from personal experience. There will be much value to those who can relate to your experiences. Today there are many ways to self publish and you can offer your books at speaking engagements. One suggestion to publicize would be to offer excerpts to magazine publishers, like Guidepost.
