What is review writing and a report writing?

A review combines subjective and objective information. A report is objective information only. For instance, when you read a book review, you are reading a mix of the writer's opinion plus facts about the book. In a book report, you stick to the facts (plot summary, characters, main idea).

Review writing is like writing what is the strength and weakness of the book or article you are writing. You are like a critic. Report writing is like writing the summary of the book or article. You are more focus on the characters story.
