Is Columbia competing in the 2010 winter Olympics?

As of August 21, 2009 Colombia has not entered a team in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Since Colombia has never participated in a Winter Olympics, it is doubtful that they will send any athletes to the 2010 Winter Games.
