No, having a child does not emancipate you. Until you turn 18, your parents are responsible for you. If they allow you to get married, you would be emancipated. Trust me honey, i am 20 and got two kids, stay at ur parents as long as u can....i hated being at my parents house so I moved in with my babys daddy, and now I wish I would of waited when I was younger...its hard. and now the father wont help me out with the kids, i have to do all the changin and feedin and all he said he'd help, but doesnt really all the time, he gripes about it alot.....ugh but yeah move out if you want, if you have any troubles or in trouble, dont hesitate to email me.
