How many carrots do you need to produce 1 cup of carrot juice?

A 12 oz. glass or an 8 oz. glass?.

For a 8 oz. glass it takes 5-9 large carrots and about 30-40 baby carrots

For a 12 oz. glass it takes 14 large carrots or 90 baby carrots to produce a glass of carrot juice.....baby carrots are easier to blend because they are much softer than adult grown carrots, and it is also easier on your stomach.
