How do people draw anime?

To make a cartoon person, you have to draw first a circle with two lines: one horizontal and one vertical across the face. do it lightly. then, afterward, put two circles on top of the horiontal line, draw the nose in the middle and draw the mouth underneath. add ears and hair, and there's your simple cartoon person!
