Can a leech infect you

yes leeches can get under your skin depending how small it is if its a really big leech then you would have to go to the dermontalogists and get it removed. if you cant see a doctor just get a knife or pliseres and get the leech out your self be careful not to attact the capillaries in you skin or you might die. got it get it good!!
