How much pressure does it take to make a full beer explode?

Regardless of the type of beer, it is the strength of the container it is in which will determine whether it expodes. Most bottles are good for up to about 5 volumes of gas eg you can put 5 x 330ml of CO2 into a bottle before it explodes. Most beerstyles have about 2.5 volumes (5g/L), sparkling wine can have up to 5 volumes (10g/L) which is why sparkling wine bottles are pretty meaty.
