Why do you cry so easily?

Well it depend what are you crying about? You may be having mood swings or hormones. The same exact thing is happening to me I don't know why I cry when I look at my school uniform or think about school or go to school and I'm not bullied and I have wonderful friends. I didn't cry before. Maybe it's because I'm moving some were far but if it's cause I'm moving I should be happy cause I see my friends. Maybe it's my teacher who is giving me a hard time. Well anyways maybe you are just depressed by something. If you tell a close friend or a family member it will make you feel a lot better. And even if you cry it all out it helps a lot. And if u r going to cry go to a private place and go ahead and cry it out. Even talk to yourself about it. When you are done clean yourself up so it doesn't look like you were crying. Then you should talk to a close friend or family member so you feel secured 😊
