I'm not quite sure what you're asking but I do think that you're talking about the "flaps" of skin on either side of where the piercing was. In most cases they will heal like that with out some sort of intervention by a medical professional (plastic/cosmetic surgeon). The procedure to rectify this is as simple as they get but it is still a surgical operation. In some cases they will shrink to barely if at all noticable bumps. I would wait about a year and see what happens and if you don't like the way it looks go to a surgeon.

This happened to me when I was 13, my body rejected the bar and it pushed itself out and left the flaps of skin. Mines healed up relatively quickly! Just make sure to clean it and you can re pierce it after a year if you want. I just got mines done again after 3 years. Also, when it heels up it leaves a purple scar tissue. Its not really noticeable to other people. I've heard that when piercing through scar tissue it hurts. Bullsh*t! haha, mines didn't hurt anymore than the first time! Hope this helped xoxo
