How do you get the statue of Herbert sicrue in club penguin mission 10?

This is the entire mission:

TALLEST MOUTAIN:

You will see Herbert's air ballon go near the ski village. The boss will call to talk and once you're done tell Jet pack guy to look around. Then Club Penguin will start to sink. Gary will call to say what you're supposed to do, rebalance the island and plug the geyser.Also you should find Herbert and arrest him. You will be teleported the mine.

MINE SHACK:

Once you get there tell G what's going on,(you need to do it yourself). Gary has found an idea to rebalance the island. To pull the side up you'll have to find inflatable items and attach them to the sunken part of the island. To push the other side down you should use some costumes so that fans will follow you to the right area. Tell Dot to make some costumes to make people follow you and tell Rookie to look for items to plug the hole. Jet pack guy will call you to go to ski village.

SKI VILLAGE:

Talk to Herbert and convince him to help save the island. Use the scissors to cut the belt on the lift but they break. Klutzy cuts them for you. Use the purple puffle to blow a bubble around Klutzy to get to the lift, then the red puffle to pop the bubble. Klutzy will cut the knotted part and it drops, you'll need to find 3 inflatable itams for Herbert to use. Pick up the duck and go to the theater.

THEATER ST. :

Talk to Dot then go into the theater. Take the beard and paint it black. Go to the Pizza place and ask for the bent pan and the mop. Use Klutzy to cut the mop to make it look like hair. Give them to dot and play the mini-game. Call G then go to the gift shop.

GIFT SHOP:

At the gift shop, Go upstairs and get some tape. Downstairs, take the floaties and life-jacket and give them to Herbert at the ski lodge. G will call let to you know that you need 3 inflatable items to lift the island. Go in the ski lodge, upstairs cut the ropes on the box to unveil an octopus. Take it with you. At the night club, go to the second sound thing. Go down the ladder. To the right there's a whale . Take it and go through the door. You'll see a floaty, pick it up. Go up the ladder. You''ll be at the Pizza place. Go to the iceburg

ICEBURG:

Talk to G and play the mini-game. The island is rebalanced now.

MINE SHACK:

G will say that you need to plug the geyser. You'll use Herbert's statue. First you'll have to repair the balloon. Use the tape on the balloon and the super helium. Go back and you'll have to relieve pressure by digging a hole. Play the mini-game. After that use the white puffle to freeze the geyser to make the temporary plug.

Herbert will call to send Klutzy to cut the rope. Once you do that the balloon will go crazy because of the helium. Use the purple puffle to blow a bubble around the heavy item to hammer the statue in place then the white to ice-weld the statue. It worked. The boss calls to say that need to pretend that you had nothing to do with it, so, POOL PARTY!!
