How do you unlock the beach on petz dogz pack?

You have to go to the park if there is a dog there named Robbie in a blue and white striped bathing suit you need to become his friend.Once you do leave the park then come back.He'll have a present.Take the present it will say you got a swim suit. then after you leave the park will say you unlocked the beach. There you go:)
