What the pressure of troposphere?

The pressure in the troposphere, the lowest layer of Earth's atmosphere, decreases with altitude, averaging about 1013.25 hPa (hectopascals) or 1 atmosphere at sea level. As you ascend, the pressure typically drops by about 12 hPa for every 100 meters of elevation. This decrease is due to the diminishing density of air molecules at higher altitudes.
